Fast Prep for Perfect Dumplings

PAN FRY

  1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non-stick pan.

  2. Place the frozen dumplings directly into the pan.

  3. Add ¾ cup water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium-high for 8 minutes.

  4. Uncover and do not move the dumplings. Continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown.

STEAM

  1. Place frozen dumplings in a lined steamer over a pot of boiling water.

  2. Cover and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let the dumplings rest for 1 minute.

BOIL

  1. Add frozen dumplings to a pot of boiling water.

  2. Gently stir to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.

  3. Boil on high heat for 8 minutes, or until the dumplings float.

  4. Remove from the water and enjoy!
