Our dumplings are raw, not pre-cooked. Each one is made fresh, then frozen to lock in its natural flavor and texture.
You can cook them straight from frozen—no thawing needed.
To Steam:
Place frozen dumplings (with the plastic steamable tray) in a steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.To Pan-Fry:
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a nonstick pan and arrange frozen dumplings flat-side down. Add ¾ cup of water, cover, and cook on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until the water evaporates and the bottoms are golden brown.To Boil:
Drop frozen dumplings into boiling water and cook for 8–10 minutes, until they float and the filling is fully heated through. -

Yes! Our Plant-Based Dumplings are 100% vegan, made with plant-based protein, kale, and shiitake mushrooms wrapped in a delicate dough. They’re crafted to taste just like our classic pork dumplings, but made entirely from plants!

Our current packaging does not yet include a dipping sauce—but our new packaging, launching in 2026, will! Each bag of dumplings will come with a ginger soy dipping sauce made from simple, natural ingredients, thoughtfully crafted to complement our dumplings perfectly.

We’ve solved that problem for you! Our dumplings come in a special steamable tray that keeps each dumpling separated during freezing, transport, and cooking. Whether you steam, boil, or pan-fry, they stay beautifully intact and easy to handle — no more clumps or torn wrappers.

For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your dumplings within 1 year of purchase. Be sure to keep them frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Yes! To reheat, you can steam, pan-fry, or microwave them briefly until warmed through.
Steam: Re-steam for 3–5 minutes over boiling water.
Pan-fry: Add a little oil and warm on low heat until the bottoms are crisp again.
Microwave: Heat for 30–60 seconds (optional: cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture).

No, our dumplings are not certified organic. However, we use clean, natural ingredients like non-GMO canola oil, organic cane sugar, and sea salt to ensure the best flavor and quality.

No. Our dumpling wrappers are made with wheat flour, so they are not gluten-free.

Each bag (10 dumplings) provides a balanced meal with 12–18g of protein, and 300–330 calories, depending on the flavor. Full nutrition facts are listed on every package.
