Mulan Dumpling is perfect for food service programs, including restaurants, university campuses, and K–12 schools. We offer all five of our delicious dumpling flavors to restaurants and universities nationwide, and we’ve created special products just for K–12 kids—with growing bodies in mind.
K-12 SCHOOLS
CHICKEN & VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS
Our Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings are crafted specifically for students and with school kitchens in mind. Packed with chicken, cabbage, spring onions, cilantro and ginger in a thin whole wheat wrapper, each serving offers the recommended portions of both protein and grains for students up to grade 12 under the USDA National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

Filling: All Natural Chicken, Cabbage, Onion, Isolated Soy Protein (with less than 2% lecithin), Organic Cane Sugar, Scallions, Water, Contains 2% or less of Sea Salt, Cilantro, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt), Cooking Rice Wine (Rice wine, Salt), Sesame Oil.
