SHRIMP & CHIVES DUMPLINGS

Juicy dumplings packed with whole shrimp, pork (all natural, no antibiotics or hormones), fresh Chinese chives and ginger in a thin wrapper.

INGREDIENTS

Filling: Wild Caught Whole Shrimp, Pork (all natural, no antibiotics or hormones), Chinese Chives, Cabbage, Ginger, Garlic, Vegetable Powder, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Soy Sauce ( Soybean, Wheat and Salt), 100% Corn Oil, 100% Sesame Oil

Wrapper Skin: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt

Contains Wheat, Soy and Shrimp

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pan Fry ( Recommended)

1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non-stick pan.

2. Place frozen dumplings directly into the pan.

3. Add ¾ cup of water. Bring water to boil. Cover and simmer on medium-high heat for 8 minutes.

4. Uncover. DO NOT MOVE DUMPLINGS. Continue cooking until water evaporates and the bottom of the dumplings are golden browned.

Steam

1. Place frozen dumplings in a lined steamer over a pot of boiling water.

2. Cover and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

3.  Remove from heat and let dumplings rest for 1 minute.

Boil

1. Add Frozen Dumplings to the boiling water.

2. Gently stir the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

3. Boil on high heat for 8 minutes or until they float to the surface.

4. Remove the dumplings from the boiling water and enjoy!
