CURRY CHICKEN DUMPLINGS

Bold and flavourful dumplings packed with chicken (all natural, no antibiotics or hormones), mild yellow curry, fresh cilantro, carrot, onion and ginger in a thin wrapper

INGREDIENTS

Filling: Chicken (all natural, no antibiotics or hormones), Mild Yellow Curry Powder, Cilantro, Carrot, Onion, Cabbage, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Soy Sauce ( Soy Bean, Wheat and Salt), 100% Corn Oil

Wrapper Skin: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt

Contains Wheat and Soy

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pan Fry ( Recommended)

1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non-stick pan.

2. Place frozen dumplings directly into the pan.

3. Add ¾ cup of water. Bring water to boil. Cover and simmer on medium-high heat for 8 minutes.

4. Uncover. DO NOT MOVE DUMPLINGS. Continue cooking until water evaporates and the bottom of the dumplings are golden browned.

Steam

1. Place frozen dumplings in a lined steamer over a pot of boiling water.

2. Cover and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

3.  Remove from heat and let dumplings rest for 1 minute.

Boil

1. Add Frozen Dumplings to the boiling water.

2. Gently stir the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

3. Boil on high heat for 8 minutes or until they float to the surface.

4. Remove the dumplings from the boiling water and enjoy!
