We are looking for food truck specialist who is energetic, people-loving, reliable team members who have experience working in Kitchen/ Food Truck. If you are interested, you must meet the following criteria:

 

Required experience: 1 years plus food service experience is a must! 

 

HOURS: Monday - Friday hours are usually 9:00am - 5:00 pm; Total Minimum Hours (40 hrs/per week)

Must have a working cell phone at all times

 

Have or be willing to get ServSafe certified (Food Handler's license)

 

Flexible with your hours and be willing to work week days and weekends.

 

Able to lift 50 pounds

 

Able to keep the work area clean and organized at all times

 

Comfortable speaking with customers and serving as an ambassador of our brand

 

Energetic and enthusiastic about your work and our brand

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 

Providing exceptional customer service is #1

 

Driving the food truck from Depot location to and from service location(s)

 

Chinese food preparation and cooking ( Training will be provided)

 

General maintenance of the truck to include cleaning the inside and outside

 

Keeping food and equipment inventory at the beginning and end of shifts

 

Cleaning cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.

 

Serving as cashier and accountable for daily cash flow
